As a supplement to CrossFit classes, we offer classes that more narrowly focus on a fitness niche. Previous cycles include Olympic Weight Lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, and Aerobic Capacity. We generally cycle through these every 12 weeks and classes are 2x/week. Classes dedicated to these particular areas provide the opportunity to get more in depth, more practice, more focus on the fundamental areas of fitness.
