Rama Raju Konuganti (Raj)

2.  How long have you been doing CrossFit (and at TBL)?  What class(es) do you normally attend?

Almost 2 years at TBL and I usually attend 7 PM ET class

3.  What’s your why?  Why did you start?  Why do you stay?

I wanted to get fit and also wanted eat what ever I want without worrying about putting on weight 

4.  What does a typical day look like for you?  In and outside of the gym!

Weekdays- 8 to 4 Work then 1 Hour Crossfit. Weekends – Cheat Days and once in a while Crossfit

5.  What do you enjoy most about Silk City Fit?  Favorite/least favorite movement?

I really enjoy the atmosphere at Silk City Fit the way coaches and members help me to improve day by day. I hate running, wallballs and thrusters  so…all the workouts that involve above 3…. but I really enjoy that challenge

6.  After a hard workout, what is your favorite meal?

Some protein, veggies and quinoa

7.  What is one goal you are currently working on?

By next Crossfit Open I would like to improve my double unders, HSPU’s, proper Crossfit standard push-ups and pull-ups (mostly upper body strength)

8.  What is one tip you would give to incoming/new members?

Don’t go too hard on yourself otherwise you’ll end up injuring yourself (Based on personal experience.  Just remember everything needs some time)

9.  What accomplishment are you most proud of (inside and outside of the gym)?

Deadlifts and the way I improved my game (Cricket) with fitness. I’m playing cricket like I used to play when I was 19-20 years old 😬
