First time ever doing CrossFit, I joined TBL in September 2017 and love every second. I do the CrossFit AM classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and Bootcamp on Tuesday and Thursday. I try to make weekends when I can. 3. What’s your why? Why did you start? Why do you stay? I started because I was ready for the next step. More challenging workouts, wanted to gain more strength, accomplish more athletic ability. Always admired CrossFit athletes, I wasn’t sure if I was ready and if I could do it.
